OVERVIEW: We were commissioned to craft the name and visual identity for a standalone apartment development nestled in a serene, lakeside enclave. Developed by Manbhum Constructions — a real estate company known for its thoughtful landscaping and distinctive floor plans — this 90-home project was envisioned as a sanctuary of open space, natural beauty, and architectural character. Its design values centered around simplicity, balance, and a deep sense of connection with nature.
Logo: Drawing from this spirit of quiet intentionality, we named the development Yū Wa — a Japanese term meaning “kindness and harmony.” The name reflects the project’s essence a place where thoughtful design and the natural environment exist in peaceful balance.
The logo symbolizes the sun — a source of life, renewal, and stillness. Its form and tone were shaped to express warmth and clarity, echoing the quiet beauty of a life attuned to nature and grounded in harmony.
